The International Association for Sustainable Business Development or IASBD, is a non-profit association, whose purpose is to contribute to the promotion of the model called "Entrepreneurial Wu Xing" and to the training in its ten entrepreneurial disciplines.

New School

"New School" is a program of the International Association for Sustainable Business Development (IASBD), which aims to promote, based on the Entrepreneurial Wu Xing Model, new educational paradigms, which favor the development of soft skills, for the achievement of higher levels of happiness, through the self-discovery of knowledge that arises by virtue of their own personal knowledge and individual needs. All this, in order to replace the old ones that, focused on improving the competitiveness of the student, favor the development of hard skills through the impartation of previously selected depersonalized knowledge.

The Model WXE

The WXE Model proposes a holistic and systemic vision of entrepreneurial activity, based on certain ancestral elements of the two predominant schools of thought in China: Taoism and Confucianism. The following graph shows the schematization of the model obtained, which is a practical application, in the business field, of the Theory of the "Five elements" or "Wu Xing" Theory, which is added to other applications of this theory in the field of music, traditional Chinese medicine, military strategy, martial arts, interior decoration, among others.

The Entrepreneurship Games

The "World League of Entrepreneurship Games" or WLEG is the body of the International Association for Sustainable Business Development (IASBD) responsible for organizing the "Entrepreneurship Games" in their different areas, whose purpose is to contribute to the sustainable economic development of nations through the development of an entrepreneurial spirit based on the fundamental and altruistic values ​​and principles of entrepreneurism, which allows the progressive eradication of poverty around the world. This end is represented by one of the main symbols of the organization: The Kongming Balloon (whose elevation means, for the Eastern culture and for the WLEG, to undertake the journey towards prosperity).

Entrepreneurial Disciplines

The IASBD promotes the training of people in the ten entrepreneurial disciplines of the WXE model: “Identification of Opportunities and the Search for Knowledge” (sensoriality, insight, curiosity, perception, intuition, etc.), “Creativity and Innovation” (imagination, inventiveness , ingenuity, etc.), “Planning and Forecasting” (organization, discipline, caution, prevention, etc.), “Corporate Social Commitment and Responsibility” (honesty, sincerity, responsibility, respect for nature, etc.), “Self-esteem and Self-Motivation to Achievement” (emotional calm or serenity, objectivity, self-confidence, optimism, etc.),“ Resilience and Persistence” (self-determination, courage, adaptability, decision, tenacity, etc.), “Negotiation and Effective Communication” (assertiveness, tolerance, empathy, meritocracy, impartiality, conciliation, interdependence, reciprocity, etc.), "Integration and Cooperation" (humanitarianism or love of neighbor, social sensitivity, leadership, collaboration, fraternity, solidarity, loyalty, sociability, service, etc.), "Orientation to Results and Productivity" (diligence, effort, dedication, experience, management, effectiveness, efficiency, etc.) and "Orientation to Quality and Excellence" (cordiality, self-criticism, coherence, meticulousness, virtuosity, transcendence, etc.).
